ABOUT CLASSIC VIDEO
Here is a little about how i started classic video and who i am.
Back in 1995 i got involved working at blockbuster video. Always being a movie fan, I enjoyed my job and in not so long became an assistant manager where from hearing time after time people saying they wish we delivered.
Well thats where the idea come from. Not long after I started delivering another business got the idea to do mail deliveries.
I was off after 5 years at blockbuster trying this delivery venture and as it started off very slow and as weeks went but steadily one by one i started to get new customers every week a new caller or two but as life goes after i finally started to make a go for myself and i was growing more and more i hit a pit in my life as i had gotten in a car accident as someone hit me in the back at a red light and as i was unaware i was driving with a suspended license from a past ticket i forgot about and did not pay.
So as i was unable to do driving and worked alone it was very tough to continue so i apoligize to all the customers who kept me going in the past and hope to welcome you back.
Now i had called and being able to get my old position back went back as assistant manager at my old position and having worked there now for 7 years and enjoying my time but getting the itch to start on my own again i am back and trying to give the best service i possibly can i really do enjoy what i do so i hope it shows up in my service and you give a try to my same day delivery service.
NEW AND PAST CUSTOMERS ARE WELCOME
I do recognize that there are many different ways to get movies nowadays and if you give my service a shot i will do my very best to have your movies to you within a couple hours of your call and if there is a problem with any i will be out with a replacement same day if not of same title a different or a free rental on your next call whatever works for you because i am from the old school thought that the customer is always right unlike many places today that have changed that policy.
so those of you who have rented from orbought from me in the past you know my name is MARK and for those of you interested in calling and becoming customers of mine and looking for a great service from a really good guy my name is still MARK and i look foward to serving anyone and everyone who calls and if there are any suggestions at all please feel free to call or write and let me know.
I feel i am very comparible to most places and am very lenient on how long you can hold a movie as i dont charge late fees and you pay one price when delivered and i start calling usually after 5 days to try and pick up whatever you have finished with but if not done its never a big deal as i will call every few days or you can call as sson as you finish.
my normal way to work is always rent 2 any titles and get 1 free non new release but will around holidays as a gift for you run specials as a gift for you or pass out a free coupon on your next order.
So with all my years of experience let me be the one to entertain you, it would be a pleasure.
